Taken from Bùmarang’s debut album Echo Land (out May 21, 2021), Weasel is an original instrumental that highlights the Montreal trio’s virtuosity. Weaving flute, fiddle and harp through far off lands, they fuse Celtic and African sounds in an instrumental journey that alludes to their past experiences, yet celebrates today. David Gossage (flute, whistle), Kate Bevan-Baker (violins) and Sarah Pagé (harp) perform in their own ensembles and tour with the likes of Hey Rosetta!, The Barr Brothers, Michael Bublé and Cirque du Soleil. As Bùmarang they nourish our souls with an entirely modern celebration of the Celtic tradition.
